That's surprising. I had a mole removed last year and it only cost me about
$200. Of course, it was removed during a routine office visit with a dermatologist so it's not like there was any sort of crazy facility fees or anything.

In my experience the FSA funds you get upfront, then they kind of retroactively take it out of your check.
