How many years of “give him more time” we always hear about. How many years do you think Covid should buy him? It’s worn off for Zach, Grimes, and Dax.

Oline was great after a few years under grimes. He was on staff in 2020. Players developed under him were still playing in 2021. Reports were that he was more disciplined, which I think arod benefited from. Wheels came off with arod last year. I think Grimes wasn’t good enough alone, but it doesn’t seem arod is enough either. I certainly don’t give KS the credit for the offense. It hasn’t been consistent enough to be attributable to him.

Recruiting was below average while independent and while improved. It’s below average for a p4.

Tuiakis defense was only good during Covid. It was designed to not looked too bad if you looked at stats, but it was always just a slow death. I think last year was clear improvement, but it started off so low it’s gonna take a while to get back to acceptable.
