Almost every response post (I posted it several times) was that a med school would be impossible. I shared my speculation with many friends and some high rolling donors, same response - too expensive, ethical complications, BYU dedicated to its undergraduate mission.

The only person who did not totally poo-poo my idea was a friend who is a high-ranking health administrator in Utah. He did not let on at the time, but he had been hearing some chatter about it.
