With the additional residents I would expect BYU/IHC will need to add clinical
capacity. I would expect the on campus clinics to move there calling with need to moving Nursing school, etc down there while building up classroom/faculty space there. Makes you wonder if some life sciences would go there and they reuse some space in upper campus for other schools.
It seems like there is a need to upgrade computer science & math facilities from the current Talmadge Building.
