That includes athleticism, but also arm strength. Things that are really important in the ability of a player to succeed at the next level, but may not be as necessary as this level.
And the point of the Jorgensen/Ansah comparison was not to relate it to Jaren and Cam, but more to say that draft status isn't always the best or most accurate indicator of college production/value.
But that's not really the point. The point is even if we say Rising has been very good as a college QB (nearly as good as Jaren Hall) and if we generously assume he comes back just as good... That still doesn't make him a Heisman hopeful or make Utah a dark horse national title contender. Or at least not any more than it made us those things when we had Jaren Hall
