If you are the new family, with a small truck, coming into a new town (college, grad school, first job, etc.) ... Elder's Quorum Moving Company is fine and great and you should use it.

If you are an established family, with a full sized truck, and established career ... probably get a company.

If you are a retiree, downsizing to a smaller place, you might be back into the Elder's Quorum phase again.

Having said that ... honestly I generally enjoy going over to help a new family move in, regardless of the size of the Truck. It's a great chance to get to know them, and it's fun to be with everyone in the ward.
