How much cheese do I need to make 75 chicken quesadillas? Also what seasoning?
Heading down to Powell and the lunch I'm in charge of is quesadillas for 50+ people.
So far I have:
138 oz of rotisserie chicken (3 pre packaged Costco packs)
75+ burrito size tortillas
Chips and salsa
Need:
Sour cream
Guacamole
Any other suggestions?
