We just did the same this week. All corporate employees required to move to a 3/2 in-office/WFH schedule. Lots of people
are not happy. To offset the impact though, my company is giving a $150/month allowance to all commuters to absorb fuel costs and tolls.
For me, i don't care either way but my company will now lose 1.5 hours of my work time each day that I drive into the office. That's 4.5 hours of lost productivity each week.
