We are now asking people who live within 1 hour of an office to come in 3 days a week.. The comments were awesome.
"I don't want to work in a petri dish of illness!"
"What if we only have 1 car?"
"My team lives in a different state? Why do I need to come in?"
"I was hired as a remote employee. I'm not coming in"
My favorite comment (related to the OG post)..
"How do you determine the 1-hour commute? off-hours my commute would be 30 minutes, rush hour my commute is 90 minutes!"
The slack complaint channel is going nuts..
