there is. Almost all (not all) A/C guys on YouTube recommend keeping the fan on constantly in most general applications for peak summer performance. The power draw is minimal, like 3 incandescent light bulbs worth.

It's called "Cool Dissipation Time" and it is defaulted to Auto. But you can change it to a specific time.
