He was in better shape than his 8:29 at NCAA’s showed. There have been big
improvements in the steeple this year.
On the women’s side Howard had a 15 second improvement and Constien had an 11 second improvement.
People are fit and peaking. Still awesome for him to have two 7 second pr’s back to back.
