I've talked to Seng a couple times. Assuming he taught you to euro nymph? A very specific and very good way to fly fish
But it's only one really specific portion of fly fishing. I believe he states on his website his main clients are those with experience looking to take the next step. Not that beginners can't find success with him. He's very good don't get me wrong.

I remember fishing from a rented rowboat at Deer Creek Reservoir one early morning when I was about 10 (1970).
