I didn't love the Funk hire either, but movement is norm for position coaches
Consider the new OL coach, who we're all excited about as an upgrade
- 3 years Azusa Pacific
- 1 yr Grad Assistant
- 2 yrs TE coach
- 1 year Citrus College (OL coach/Run Game Coach)
- 2 years New Mexico (Grad Assistant for OL)
- 4 years Utah St
- 2 yrs TE Coach
- 2 yrs OL Coach
- 2 years Wisconsin (OL coach)
- 3 years Oregon St (OL coach + various other titles)
- 1 year Western Kentucky (OL coach)
- 1 year Utah St (OL coach)
- 2 years UNLV (OL coach + 1 yr co-offensive coordinator)
- 1 year Georgia Southern (OL coach/Run Game Coordinator)
- 1 year BYU (OL coach/ Run Game Coordinator)
Looking at that, what it really tells me is that I don't want to be an offensive line coach. That's 10 moves in the last 18 years
