Do you follow Big 12 football? What about West Virginia?
Last year, Vegas predicted the Mountaineers exactly the same as BYU at 4.5 wins, but instead they finished the season at 9-4.
Yeah, sometimes, Vegas & Co. get it wrong. If Vegas always got it right, they wouldn't attract too many customers.
