Since 247 only ranks the top 1000 individually, Im using that as the study size. ...247 designates 35 players total each year as 5* ...35/1000 is 3.5% of the top 1K are designated as 5*

Some assumptions that I have made, but not yet stated is that while there will be turnover even with the top Power 65 schools, the other 70 G5 schools will become the farm schools for raw kids that will develop, but the cream that rises to the top will likely transfer toward the money in the P65. While I realize there are 70 non power schools, I do believe they will be hurt and become very transitional, almost like a JC from season to season.

The reason I included 2* and lower 3* as well as non-rated players, is because Im using the control as being specific designations/ratings coming out of HS. Essentially you have the top 1000 and then you have everyone else. Those that developed into draftable talent during their time in college are included with the lower tier in my analysis.
