My rule is that they have to take PTO if it’s more than 2 days from work. More of a CYA thing, but I don’t care.
My sales reps are on-call pretty much 24-7…a ruptured aorta doesn’t care what time it is.
So…if they get coverage, don’t care if they tell me they’re gone.
