Like you my legs will completely lock up on longer runs. I have found lots of success with percussion massaging my legs before and after runs religiously, along with salt tablets and other hydration forms (Liquid IV, Gatorlyte, etc.) but I haven't tried LMNT yet. I'll order some today! I think where I fall shorts is hydration BEFORE the run itself - so I'll add that in and hopefully see similar results.
