Liquid IV is mostly sugar which makes it less great as hydration in my opinion
They do have sugar free options, but those are newer so I haven't really the sugar free options.
I generally prefer to support local so I have tried both Clean Simple Eats and Re-lyte (Redmond). Re-lyte has a stronger salty taste which doesn't work well for some of the flavors in my opinion, but fine for others. Clean Simple Eats I've been really happy with (can get them at Harmons to try single sticks and flavors). The Hawaiian Sunrise and Strawberry Watermelon are my favorites and I probably have it 5x a week or so.
