The Big12 like the Big10, Sec, and ACC were always top heavy.

In most seasons, there were no more than four front runners and usually just two. For example Ohio State and Michigan. Additionally, the conference made the schedules to benefit the front runners with easier schedules.

Can we build ourselves out of the bottom four in the Big12?
