I believe in this, and here's my reason: We expect our non-salary staff to be

here from 8-5, M-F. Staff needs the higher ups around in order to do their work - they need approvals for things, they need signatures, they need reviews, etc etc etc.

I think it's unfair to ask staff to be here during those hours, and then I not be there to give them the support they need.
