IMO when looking at instant replay they should act as if there was never a call
on the field even made. Forget what the original call was and look at the replay as if its the first time seeing the play. Then, using the replay videos, make the correct call based off the replay videos alone. Shouldn't need irrifutable evidence or whatever to overturn a call imo. Just look at the replay videos and make the call that the videos show.
