I tend to agree. I think from her perspective we had 4 rooms that were booked
together (one for my parents, one for us, and two for my brothers) and she was hoping that it was the entire reservation that got comped (all 4 rooms) and not just our room (which is the one where the injury occurred). I don't think that was (or is) ever going to happen, though.

The family obviously didn’t think it was risk even though they knew it was damaged. They still chose to use the shower.
