Varsity starter. All kids should have a chance to play sports as kids if they want to. Just find the appropriate level of competition.
What, you want those without skills and athleticism to get more screen time?
I’ve coached that were extraordinary and kids who were pretty bad. Loved each kid. More heart warming when a less talented kid really gets after it.
