Is that the rest of the world has learned how truly despicable BYU's rival is, and what we have been putting up with for more than a century.
Sure, there are a few good apples 🍎 that have gotten caught in the mostly putrid, fermented bushel, filled with vile, rotting, rancid-smelling 2nd-hand fruit.
It doesn't help that the school staked its reputation, for so many years, on being the anti-BYU. Whatever people despised about BYU, Utah proudly adopted, and they branded themselves accordingly.
Before Twitter came along, no one knew it, or really cared. Couple that with the fact that they lost such a visible bowl game two years in a row, and have no one smart enough to create a message board to collect the remnants of them in one place, now they've flooded Twitter with their nonsense. Add to it all of the realignment, and we've got the perfect storm of publicity and exposure of their finest elements to the college sports world abroad.
Just fascinating to watch them be introduced on the national stage.
