If you’re talking about redshirting, that’s hilarious
A redshirt isn’t a leave of absence. They went and contributed to the program for the year. They went and lifted, went to team meetings, and practices. Even if they didn’t play in games, they made the program better. Plus, redshirting is up to the coach most of the time anyways.
