I could barely bring myself to include The Rolling Stones
on the British Mt. Rushmore because of what Mick Jagger said to Elder Gene R. Cook on that airplane that one time: "Our music is calculated to drive the kids to sex." Whenever I listened to the 'Stones as a teenage Mormon boy, I wanted to have sex. Paint it Black? Yep. Wild Horses? Sign me up. Angie? Totally. Waiting on a Friend. Giddyup.
