Bon Jovi, Journey, Chicago and VanHalen/gar because I listed to them the most. I
know there are better bands but based on what American bands I listed to the most, I’d pick them because Depeche Mode, New Order and Def Leppard amongst others from the UK or Australia obviously weren’t American.
Honestly it doesn’t really matter because I’ve never been to Mt Rushmore and don’t care to. I could put Hall and Oats, Mr. Mister, Heart, The Cars and Night Ranger on and it would make little difference to me.
