It's self propelled. It runs fine for a few minutes and then starts sputtering. I've changed the oil and checked the air filter. I did have it tipped on its side for a while while fixing the belts and some gas was still in it. But that was more than a day ago so the engine shouldn't be flooded anymore.

Any ideas?
