Denver is a parallel concourse. They have a train, which will speed things up, but you are still walking a ton if you have to go from concourse A to C. Detroit is very similar to SLC. No train, two parallel concourses. Chicago's united terminal is the same. They both have central tunnels, though and SLC's central tunnel is not complete yet. Again, once that is complete it will save time for most passengers.
