Program update:

"One of the things our passengers appreciate most about Salt Lake City International
Airport is its convenience. Whether it's a local, a connecting passenger, or a visitor,
SLC continues to receive high marks for the ease ­of ­use of our facility. While SLC's
new terminal will be more modern, sustainable, and efficient, we are proud to say
that convenience will still be our top priority."

This is why I'm angry about it. It's pure B.S. For us to now go and tout the operational efficiencies and ignore the passenger experience degradation is dishonest.
