As a lawyer, you should read the entire report before calling anyone out. And
Quinney was not the only attorney involved. Two law firms. One for BOE. One for Trustees. At least 6 attorneys. Interviewed any and all that were willing to talk. A large number of players declined to be interviewed even though it would be anonymous.
Most could not reefer any specific comments.
Players met twice. Seem to have created an echo chamber.
There is angst mixed in there about how a couple of unrelated prior incidents were handled or not handled. One with a racist comment from a staff member. One was an offensive text from a former player.
