my experience may differ from many but I’ve had

back injuries from playing football in high school. The first time I saw a physical therapist, three times a week for about two months. I was eventually healed.

The second injury was a year later. I saw a chiropractor once and it was fixed.

No opinion on the matter, just my experience.
