Disclaimer: I am a physical therapist.

Physical therapists tend to not see eye to eye with chiros so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I have seen a lot of chiros that will manipulate (adjust) every person that walks through their door, even if the person doesn't need it. This can sometimes cause people to get a lot worse! Also, I have seen chiros treat someone for forever knowing that they are just putting a bandaid on the problem and not working to fix the problem.

I think, as with any profession, that some chiros are good and some aren't. The good ones that only manipulate people that need it and are working toward an end goal and not trying to see people for the rest of their lives are helpful. Especially for situations like 2018 grad said that are acute and where a manipulation is warranted. I dont think they are worth while for chronic conditions or for all conditions.
