We found that the hospital billed us for several fraudulent charges.

They billed us for anesthesia, recovery room phone, and a couple of other things that we didn't get/use. Specifically, I remember checking that we didn't want the phone and my wife declined anesthesia. My wife called them on it and they backed down pretty quickly.
