Nowhere did I say they are the same thing.
Or equally bad. However, they are both terrorism and they are related as one is the direct justification for the other.
There is nothing extreme about that position. I'm only arguing that it's not inappropriate to have a discussion about the abuses of the TSA on the anniversary of the event that led it what it is today.
