What happened on 9/11 was terror. Lives were lost and our sense of security was damaged for years to come.

But don't compare pat downs at an airport to terror. They have nothing in common. I have my complaints about the TSA, but the word terror doesn't come to mind. I don't live in fear of going to the airport because of the TSA. It's a huge nuisance at times, but my way of life isn't compromised because of some security procedures.
