Have you explored why squats hurt your back? Do they even if you go lighter?
I'm a squats fanboy so I would try to figure that out.

Have you checked out the Knees Over Toes Guy? Maybe add in some backward sled pull (or just backward treadmill walking).

I would add another back exercise, ideally barbell bent over row. I would also spread out those lifts into 3 different days because that seems like a lot.
