He's not a Nick Saban or Lavell that were great delegators. He is hands on. That is a grind. He never said he would coach late in life. I think he learned from his dad dying early we aren't guaranteed anything. He has a home in Hawaii. I think he wants to split time between here and there and ride off into the sunset. Maybe he will get a TV gig for a few years...

I put it at less than 10% chance he comes back for another year. I don't think they have the pieces even if Cam comes back and stays healthy to have a championship run next year.
