If Utah is smart, they get rid of Harlan and kindly encourage Whittingham to
Retire. Then bring in either Scalley or Jay Hill and bring some freshness to the program.
They absolutely can and will get back to being competitive.
It’s not like they’re a horrible team. Their defense is legit.
They just don’t have an offense (what’s new) and it’s coming back to bite them.
