salaries and when more money is needed to pay for new coaches or extensions, they reach out to the coaches circle members and ask for more.
I would say that either Elder Gilbert is uninformed, or using an extreme definition of his terminology, but that isn't how it works, or has worked since the coaches circle was started, in working order, the boosters control how much the HC's of Football and Basketball get paid for many years, and when Detmer came in, the coaches circle started paying for coordinators as well.
