Smartest NIL investment yet. It has potential to impact the program for decades.
Think past this year and recruiting. The perception of the school changes. All of a sudden we are a program that gets top tier talent and are willing to put our wallet where our mouths are. We have an NBA coach who coached guys who these kids watch. A coach that knows what the NBA wants and gets them ready for that. We are a contender for titles and have potential for deep runs in March. If you paid attention to the football game this last Saturday, you saw a lot of our celebrity level talent on the field, and we would start having this for our basketball program.
I think this is a historical recruit that would have an impact for generations, especially if he's good in the NBA.
