Think about this. This past year we heard non-stop how this team was doomed if Retzlaff was the starter. As recently as 3 games ago one noted former qb said, "after 6 starts you know what you have in Retzlaf". Weil, that is now replaced with ARod doesn't know how to call plays, Arod doesn't know how to coach, ARod doesn't know how to recruit...

Look, if you find yourself hoping that one coach or another should be fired every season, you are probably being overly critical and you likely are acting more on emotion than facts. AND, what you think are facts are usually based on false premises. That's just how it is.
