The plan is for them each to get 4 auto, but increase the size to 14
That also means that the top two teams (explicitly defined as the SEC and B1G champion) would get an auto-bye in the first round.
They've also considered going a 3-3-2-2-1 setup (3 guaranteed for each of the SEC/B1G, 2 each for the Big 12 + ACC, 1 for the top G5 with 3 more at-large)
Frankly the latter would be a huge win for the XII and ACC
