But it starts with having a coach who has a vision to be a big time winner who is able to convince others with deep pockets that he has the right vision and the knowlege, skills and ability to make that vision happen.

Pope wasn't selling the vision Young is. Donors didn't believe in Pope enough to invest the way they are with young.
