Please note, BOTH of these are things I wish I had done 10-20 years ago when in a pretty similar situation.
Yeah, all the old hobbies kind of faded since there was no time. But in a decade, there will be some time, and you will want those hobbies back, or some new ones. Since time is at premium, maybe it's a shorter or smaller version of the hobbies you have, which is FINE and better than nothing (nothing was the route I did for a few years, and I think it was mistake)
Find someone to talk too. Maybe professional, maybe just a good friend. I don't know, MAYBE cougarboard is enough for right now. Don't just say "I can tough it out", because while you probably can, having someone to talk to will make it more manageable.
It's a tough time. Everyone KNOWS it's a tough time. I think you will be surprised to find that many / most around are having a tough time too, but just hiding it from you. Talk to someone.
Maybe try to Church's emotional resilience class ... it's a way to find someone else to talk to, and has some coping strategies.
