Great advice here. Have felt days and weeks like this for sure. Working out and getting good sleep helps a lot for me. Also, have to schedule time away from kids and work. At least once a week. My wife and I have date night once a week and it helps a lot. Sometimes we make rules like not talking about work or kids. Just to get away. All the personal prayers, scripture study, temple, etc huge priority. Being a Dad, adult, spouse, etc is hard sometimes. It can definitely consume you and feel like all you do is work and parent. If the above stuff doesn’t help I would seek a professional. They can guide you through it.
