1. Create something in your weekly schedule to look forward to. For me, it's hanging out with friends and playing board games. I do this two nights a week. My wife also loves this because she gets a night to watch her British tv shows and do her own hobbies.
2. Exercise regularly. Carve out a time. You'll feel so much better when you do. You just feel good. You'll like yourself more. 30 min a day for 3-4 days a week.
3. Figure out a way to connect with your wife. Maybe you guys need to schedule couple time 2-3 times a week, whether that's talking, sex, or doing a hobby together or a combo of that. During that time, you should tell her how you feel.
4. Draw close to God through study and prayer. Start doing family scripture study and prayer if you don't already. Those things will keep you oriented in the right direction and ground your family in the gospel.
