I don't know your specific league, but at our home games, our organization has complete control. We can (and have) required parents to leave the game. A couple we've had to ban for the season.

Kick the dad out. Speak with your organization's president. Tell him what is going on. Let him know if it happens again, you will need the parent removed. We always have a couple of guys working security. If he acts up, have him removed. Let him know (via the security guys, as you will be busy coaching) if he does it again, he will be banned from games. If he acts up again. Ban him.
