Of course we can debate whether an individual player was rated correctly, but there is absolutely no dispute that the higher the average ratings of the players that a school recruits, the better the talent level is likely to be. As for the comment earlier expressing skepticism that 600 players get reviewed, I don't see what is so hard about that. A single 247 employee could review several hours of film for 600 kids in a single year. I'm guessing 247 has dozens of employees so that's not a difficult task.
