Hourly employees, I get it. But salary?
If you're going to dock me and make me take PTO for a doctor's appointment, fine. You can also start paying me time-and-a-half for every hour over 40 you expect me to work.
Such tightwad management over PTO means you're treating me like an hourly employee, and I should therefore be paid accordingly. Meaning, I get OT pay for anything over 40.
